OVERVIEW

Our clients approached us with a vision to extend the rear of their home, creating a light-filled, sociable open-plan living space that would bring together kitchen, dining, and lounge areas—while also incorporating a downstairs WC and a practical yet stylish utility room. The brief focused on maximising natural light, enhancing everyday functionality, and maintaining a cohesive design that complemented the existing property.

Extension & Structural Works

• Construction of a rear single-storey extension to provide additional living space
• Installation of large roof light to flood the space with natural daylight
• New external doors and windows in keeping with the character and style of the original property
• Open-plan layout designed to maximise space and views to the rear of the home

Bespoke Interiors & Joinery

• Fully designed bespoke kitchen installation, including central island and tailored cabinetry
• High-end fitted units designed around the family’s usage and storage needs
• Matching fully fitted utility room designed to be both beautiful and functional
• Feature wood panelling
