BRIEF

The client’s vision was to extend and completely renovate their home to create a modern, light-filled living environment with enhanced flow and functionality. The design needed to balance contemporary aesthetics with bespoke detailing throughout.

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Rear lean-to extension
• Full internal strip-out and renovation
• Main contractor responsibilities, including project management and construction
• High-end bespoke joinery, manufactured, and installed in-house
• Close collaboration with ADP to realise the architectural and interior design vision

DESIGN & DELIVERY

As both main contractor and fit-out specialist, we oversaw every aspect of the build and interior execution. Our role ensured tight coordination across all stages—from structural works and services to final finishes.

The in-house joinery team delivered a full suite of custom interiors, including kitchen, cabinetry, storage, and feature elements. Working alongside ADP, we created a cohesive design throughout that emphasised clean lines, quality materials, and natural light.
