THE BRIEF

Our client commissioned the replacement of a traditional conservatory with a modern, open-plan garden room that would connect seamlessly to the dining and living areas. The vision was to create a light-filled space that maximised views of the landscaped garden and enhanced the overall flow and function of the home.

THE COLLABORATION

In partnership with ADP Architecture and Design (Holmfirth), we acted as both Main Contractor and Specialist Interior Joinery provider, delivering a full-service transformation from structural construction through to high-end interior finishes.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Construction & Infrastructure

• Full construction of the new garden room extension, replacing the original conservatory
• Supply and installation of a complete heating system, including underfloor heating (UFH) throughout
• Installation of new flooring across all newly connected interior spaces

Specialist Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

• Bespoke exterior windows to frame uninterrupted garden views
• Custom interior doors to enhance natural light and circulation
• Comprehensive specialist joinery, including:
  • A fully integrated feature display unit framing the entrance to the living space
  • High-quality feature cabinetry tailored to the space

Landscaping & Exterior

• Installation of landscaped paving to connect the extension with the outdoor environment

THE RESULT

The completed project is a seamless fusion of form and function—a contemporary garden room extension that invites natural light and garden views deep into the home. Our integrated approach ensured a flawless transition from construction to fine joinery, resulting in a warm, open, and beautifully detailed living space.
