OVERVIEW

Appointed to transform a beautiful property in the heart of Shepley, we delivered extensive interior alterations and significant spatial reconfigurations tailored to suit the evolving needs of a modern family. Working in close partnership with the client’s architects, we undertook full interior design, bespoke joinery, system upgrades, and premium finish installation to create a dynamic and multifunctional home.

OBJECTIVES

SCOPE OF WORKS

Interior Design & Bespoke Spaces

• Creation of a stunning open-plan, double-height kitchen, dining, and social bar area
• Bespoke joinery and design solutions throughout all key living spaces
• New utility room and WC designed for practicality and seamless integration
• Custom games room for family use and entertainment
• Fully fitted home gym and adjacent shower room

Systems & Infrastructure

• Installation of two new heating systems to support reconfigured zones
• Underfloor heating installation throughout primary living areas
• Full rewiring and electrical system upgrades
• Installation of modern lighting schemes across all rooms

Finishes & Enhancements

• High-end flooring installation: including porcelain tiling, solid timber, LVT, and plush carpets
• Conversion and redesign of two staircases to complement the new interiors
• Installation of a new, energy-efficient window for improved natural light
• Complete redecoration, including walls, ceilings, and bespoke finishes

CHALLENGES

Balancing structural changes with the need for open-plan flow required thoughtful design and close coordination with architects and engineers. Delivering a fully integrated kitchen, dining, and bar area with double-height ceilings demanded a high level of craftsmanship and logistical planning. Simultaneously upgrading both heating and electrical systems without disrupting the integrity of the property was key to success.

The result is a vibrant, luxurious family home that blends sophistication with day-to-day functionality. The bespoke interiors reflect the client’s style, while the reconfigured layout and advanced systems ensure comfort, efficiency, and longevity.
